Paul leads the 101 Group. Hardwired to drive change, Paul loves impossible problems. With 43 years’ experience, he is an expert in C-Suite dynamics, strategy activation, product and process innovation, and transformation of the Value Chain and Technology Toolset.
Prior to founding 101 Solutions, Paul was the Chief Supply Chain Officer and CIO for the Nike brand Converse. During his 20 years at Nike, he held roles of Global Director of Process Research, Innovation and Technology. Paul also led the technology teams for Nike’s regional organizations and affiliated brands including Jordan, Converse, Hurley, Cole Haan, Bauer and Umbro. Paul’s favorite role at Nike was when he had the opportunity to lead the creation of the global office of Strategy, Culture and Operations.
Paul founded 101 as an operations and technology strategy firm after retiring from Nike in 2017. 101 listens first to your plans and learns about your culture before applying an approach from our “freedom in a framework” methods library. We ensure it aligns to your goals and needs. These artifacts and tools have been successful for 42 clients, big and small, in our first 7 years.
“As simple as it can be and as complex as it needs to be” remains 101’s guide to work. The 101 Group continues to grow by creating value for each enterprise they have the joy of partnering with. We like to say “our clients hug us in airports” because relationships are built in our work.
