Director of Operations
After 20 years in the Education field, Dana joined WWA as the Director of Operations. Pulling from her Education background and experience, Dana leads the team through her ”Communicate with Kindness” philosophy.
Once involved with WWA, Dana pursued her certification in Wiley DiSC. Using this personal assessment Dana has led teams from entry level to C-Suite to create a team language. This team building exercise improves communication, conflict management, and productivity by assessing where team members feel value in their work. Once noted, other team members have a language to communicate their needs & expectations.
