Eric Johnson

Eric is an accomplished executive with over 25 years of experience in the retail and consumer goods industry. With broad experience across areas of both business and technology, Eric brings a collaborative approach to consulting, leading organizations to focus on business goals and solving the right problems.​ ​Eric has held global leadership roles in Technology, Digital/E-Commerce, Retail Operations, at many retail/consumer goods giants including Nike, Adidas, VF Corporation, and Abercrombie and Fitch, and has been recognized for the rapid growth and transformation he has led at many of these companies.

Paul Herring 

 

Paul leads the 101 Group. Hardwired to drive change, Paul loves impossible problems. With 43 years’ experience, he is an expert in C-Suite dynamics, strategy activation, product and process innovation, and transformation of the Value Chain and Technology Toolset. 

 

Prior to founding 101 Solutions, Paul was the Chief Supply Chain Officer and CIO for the Nike brand Converse. During his 20 years at Nike, he held roles of Global Director of Process Research, Innovation and Technology. Paul also led the technology teams for Nike’s regional organizations and affiliated brands including Jordan, Converse, Hurley, Cole Haan, Bauer and Umbro. Paul’s favorite role at Nike was when he had the opportunity to lead the creation of the global office of Strategy, Culture and Operations. 

Walter Wilhelm

 

With over 30 years of apparel and footwear experience, Walter T. Wilhelm is widely recognized as one of the most innovative and “connected” executives in the softgoods industry, and one of the pioneers in creating and implementing technology to streamline the product design and development processes. He has held senior positions in Retailing, Manufacturing and Technology Sales & Development. Walter has extensive experience domestically as well as internationally, having opened six offices in Europe and four in Asia.

 

Former positions include: Co-founder of Microdynamics; President of Animated Images (Ai); Co-founder of Wilhelm-Leslie Associates; General Manager of Hughes Aircraft Company’s Apparel & Footwear Automation Systems.

Mike Malin

 

Mike brings over 20 years of executive leadership experience at Nike where he had a proven track record of delivering value both in Information Technology and critical Operation roles across Footwear, Apparel, and Merchandising. Throughout the years he was placed into key roles accountable for driving business growth through transformational change. Areas of focus included Supply Chain, Planning, Analytics, IT Infrastructure, Design, and Product (Footwear/Apparel) development.

 

Mike is known as an inspirational leader with a passion for individual coaching and team development. While leading teams up to 500 people his organizations were known as a place where talent thrived, teams operated (and measured!) at a high level of performance, and Joy was considered a critical enabler of reaching strategic business goals.
